This project, where we manage the end-to-end design and manufacturing processes of medical product electronic circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure the smooth operation of medical devices in accordance with international standards, is one of the most important reflections of our engineering capabilities.
Given the nature of medical devices that directly impact human health, we based all design and manufacturing phases of this project on the principle of zero defects.
Needs Analysis and R&D: By thoroughly analyzing the requirements of our client's medical device, we created an architecture that optimizes critical factors such as power consumption, signal integrity, and environmental impact resistance.
Hardware and PCB Design: We designed compact, high-performance boards that comply with international medical electronics standards (e.g., ISO 13485 quality standards principles) and can pass electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) tests.
Component Procurement: To ensure long-lasting use and supply chain security, we only selected certified and reliable electronic components that meet industrial and medical standards.
Prototyping and Testing: Before mass production, we verified the system's stability by applying functional tests, thermal analyses, and durability tests to the prototypes prepared.
Mass Production and Quality Control: We successfully completed the design and testing phases of the boards and manufactured them on high-precision assembly lines (SMT/THT). Each produced board underwent optical and functional quality control processes before delivery.
Thanks to these electronic boards bearing the Essan Design signature, the following improvements were achieved for the medical devices in question:
- Measurement and processing accuracy was maximized,
- Device lifespan and field performance were increased,
- After-sales maintenance and failure rates were minimized.
